Our approach

Navigating your way in this world and the systems of connections (families, relationships, work life: past or present) can be confusing and isolating. We are specifically trained in relational therapy, trauma focused modalities, and family systems to support bipoc teenagers, young adults, and couples who feel at a deficit in finding themselves, finding purpose, and how to shed those maladaptive patterns and thrive.

Hi, I’m Simran (she/her)

I’m a warm, spiritual, natural rights advocate, therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinic founder. My hope is to provide support clients, their families, and fellow clinical colleagues who are re-learning who they are so they can step into their life purpose and relationships with more confidence and joy.

We Provide Teletherapy

We serve clients residing in Washington state. After your free consultation, all new clients will meet with me for an initial session to connect and assess your needs. From there, we collaboratively create a plan to decide how often to meet and what the treatment goals will be.

“Simran really takes time to know me. She doesn’t just start jumping asking questions. Simran actually shows a genuine interest. She was patient, she was kind, she was calm, inquisitive."
